The experience of "fried ice cream" is captivating as you watch the "scrapers" do their magic to pour, mash, and do a fast pulsating action on a mixture of vanilla cream (with your fruit topping of choice) with their scrapers on a freezing cold crepe-like "griddle" and finally flattening the liquid sheets of ice cream on the cold plate. The sheet is then scrapped from bottom to top to form what looks like egg rolls which are then put into a bowl.
