  • This location makes me want to never go to Dunkin' Donuts again. This is the second time the Store Manager Samuel S. gave awful service. I asked to have the order split, and he literally rolled his eyes IN FRONT OF ME, and proceeded to complain to someone that "he has to split the order, so now he has to ring it up again", did I mention this was IN FRONT OF ME?! I couldn't believe it. But instead of have attitude back, I smiled and drove away. The last time I received awful service, all I stated was that my drink was incorrect, and received attitude about that as well. I didn't, post a review about it because maybe he was having a bad day... but this time it was even more unprofessional. Then I called, and when I asked for the "guy working the window, in grey shirts name" another male said "no guy was working the window". This location needs to make a serious turn around, because that Starbucks across the street has no problem making my drink to my tasting... did I mention they're also professional? I'll leave that there.
