  • Been bringing my dogs here for a few years now. Affordable vaccination prices. Appt. times seem to only be offered in the early morning, not a fan of that. I have a difficult dog (extremely scared of public places) and while they used to work well with her, I'm not impressed with this newer staff. Techs. were not able/willing to do the blood draw after several failed attempts. They told my husband to come back another time to try again. Why was the doctor not called in the room to try? And if you're afraid of being bitten, go ahead and muzzle her, that's fine with me. Hubs left. I called back 1 week later to make appt. and they tried to tell me they were not willing to work with my dog! My dog didn't even do anything other than run and hide in the corner (no barking, growling, snapping). I insisted they try again and the appt was made. This time both my husband and I attended. It was the same tech as before as she remembered my dog. I've never seen such a timid and scared tech. but the 3 of us together completed the task. I'll go back to this facility but request a different tech.
