  • Jessie pierced my conch a few weeks ago and it could not have been a better experience. She answered all my questions with patience, and we had a great conversation as she was sterilizing and getting everything ready. This place has the highest standards of cleanliness. Jessie marked the spot on my ear where she thought the piercing would look best and I looked in the mirror and we discussed it. Jessie explained exactly what she was going to do for the piercing, and what she needed me to do. She made sure that I was happy and not feint, and asked if I needed any water. She made sure I understood how to care for the piercing, and that I am to go back 6 weeks after the initial piercing for a "check in" and to downsize the post. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. The shop sells high quality (and very pricey!) jewelry, but you most definitely get what you pay for.
