Tia is a great trainer. she knows her stuff. she knows the muscles and diets and most importantly she focuses on your proper postures so you don't hurt your self working out the wrong way.
she is persistant with you keeping up and not only on the professional level she cares about your results but also she connects with you and cares as a friend and on a personal level and tries to help and motivate you with what ever you are dealing with. and uses that energy to push you to work out and not give up on your goals.
she is great. I highly recommend her
