| - Always go with the cheapest wash they offer which I believe is $10. Once, they had a special that where you got wax/polish for a few bucks more so I opted in. I watched my car go through the wash line and saw that the wax and polish foamers didnt spray on my car. I told the manager and they told me to claim my car and run it back through. So that is what I did.
However, once I went back through, I had to wait in line again and the guy tried to charge me again. They had to radio the manager who came back and asked why I was trying to get a re-wash. I explained it all over to him and they let me back through.
Then, I watched my car go back through the wash line and, again, no wax was applied.
This time, I just wrote it off and left. Not worth my time.
One thing that is very odd is that they have people who vacuum your car but they do a horrible job. I dont even understand why they do it at all. They really should only be an 'exterior wash' type place. When I asked why I couldnt upgrade interior cleaning, I was told that is only for people getting a full detail which has to be scheduled in advance.
Finally, the last time I wend here, it was summertime and there were bugs on the front of my car. When I got home, they didnt even get the dead bugs off the front of my car.
This carwash is not much better than a drive-through gas station type car wash.
I'll probably reluctantly go back but will always get just the very basic wash since its only $10. Ive just set my expectations very low.
