  • I really should have gotten the associAte's name, but I forgot to. he did not display good, or even alright customer service... He did not introduce himself to me. He did not ask if I needed help finding anything. he was working today in the handbag department. He did look up a bag for me to see if it was in stock but he did not treat me the way I should be treated when I walk into a store. He stood kind of far from me, pretending to work but he was watching me as if I was a sketchy customer like I was going to steal or something. I felt like he profiled me because I look very young. I'm in my mid twenties but look like 18 maybe even 16 lol. Either way, i don't like feeling the way I did when I was in Neiman earlier. I have only Shopped in Neiman a handful of times, and would much rather shop at Nordstrom where they are actually friendly and helpful. The only reason I will come to Neiman is if it is not in stock at nordstrom. I would give one star based off my experience today, but the store it self is great.
