If I could give Nexus zero starts I would not hesitate for a second. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Yes, they are rather cheap when you're a college student looking for off campus housing but they will screw you over every single chance they get. I, and other tenants, lived with MOLDY fallen ceiling tiles fallen from the ceiling when radiators leaked when they were turned on for winter. It was extremely difficult and took many tries to get ahold of ANYONE in the office to talk about someone to come to fix them. After speaking to someone from nexus, they said "repairs were going to happen (two days from then)"...and they did not come to even LOOK at it for almost a week. Then took one more week to actually repair the tiles.
They wait until you're freezing to death to turn the heat on then turned it on so high you need to sleep with all windows open in the dead of winter and still you're sweating to death. This lasts until mid spring (which you're paying almost an extra $100 a month for heat during this).
This company IS not for their tenants...they are looking to prey off of young college students looking for cheap housing. Their units are crap, I understand you get what you pay for but these are disgusting. We moved in and everything was dirty. We left it 100% better than we found it, and still got less than half our deposit back. They found whatever they could to deduct money from our deposit which was honestly all BS on their end.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and NEVER rent from this company. They are not on their clients side and could care less about the issues you have regarding their properties, they're more concerned with the money you give them. You will absolutely, 110% regret your decision if you do decide to rent from them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT.
