  • NEVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS MISERABLE PLACE! My wife and I purchased a groupon a while back and it was a huge mistake. When we picked up our dog he seemed traumatized. After inspecting him closely we noticed that he had been cut deeply. These people glued his skin and fur back together to stop the bleeding and never said a thing about it when we came to pick him up. He's just a 5lb Maltese with the kindest most obedient personality around. He would never snip at a human and definitely sits still while being bathed and groomed. These dumbasses just don't know what they are doing. Furthermore, they went to great lengths to hide their incompetence. I hate to write such a scathing review, but just trust me and avoid these buffoons. Don't let this happen to your pet!!
