The coolest concept is only the nitrogen- the way they prepare it and the nitrogen fog. They pour liquid nitrogen in some orders, but that cool fog usually fades after like 30 seconds of receiving your order. If it wasn't for that, it would just be another boring ice cream place. Depending on when you come, this place does get overwhelmingly crowded. Seating is super limited, so if you're in big groups or you're here on a weekend night, don't expect to get seats.
Their matcha ice cream is bitter and not sweet at all. The only sweet part of it is the little bits of syrup they drizzle on. I find their blueberry cheesecake ice cream delicious- it is rather sweet though. Overall, this place is just A-OK to me.
