Really enjoyed my meal at Blackfinn. We went there for a business dinner in 1/14. We started with Southern Nachos; the pulled pork had a nice flavor and added a nice new element to the tried and true nacho.
Then had the Shrimp and Grits. I am always a fan of shrimp and grits and our really helpful and pleasant waiter said they were his favorite. AWESOME!!!! The grits were grit cakes, crispy on the outside and had a nice flavor with some goat cheese in it. 5 large shrimps were included and the cream sauce had a fantastic kick in it. Andouille sausage in the tasso cream -really really good. I will go back every time for it!!
Also stopped in there for a drink on a Thursday night; its in the Epicenter so it had a nice, varied crowd. 20 somethings all the way up to 50 year olds were in there. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere with a really nice, helpful and funny bartender.
