  • District is a great concept pub/restaurant. The main reason for this is that all their food is bought local. They cook based on what is in season and available. I think this represents what more restaurants should adopt - especially as customers care more about where their food came from. Add in an excellent selection of beers and you have a winner (Blanche 'de Chambly on tap - that is all).
