  • The office and clinical staff were great but Dr Filatova is why I won't be going back. She barely answered my questions and seemed like she couldn't wait to leave. I should have had a follow-up with the medication I was on but she didn't say word about it (she left before I could even ask her). I found out later that I could have had some added treatment there,sure insurance wouldn't have covered it but I would have paid out of pocket. She didn't even mention it. I can deal with her being cold/unfriendly but not when she doesn't do her job properly. I have left southwestern eye center and have found a great doctor elsewhere.
