  • I'd like to update my review in response to a 1 star review that I feel is entirely misinformed and warrants explanation from another customer witness. I came into the salon for an appointment that was timed right after "Gypsy N"'s and witnessed much of what went on. I've been coming here every 6 weeks for two years and can say with certainty that Tula is full of incredibly professional people and they bend over backwards to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with their experience. Sometimes, a customer may come in and - no matter what you do, which includes redo-ing it on the spot - they are never satisfied. That is what happened in "Gypsy N's" case, as I witnessed it first hand. You couldn't imagine the behavior this person was exhibiting, which left the employees of the salon in a state of shock. Stephanie is amazingly talented and sweet and strives for perfection and satisfaction with every client. Honestly, picture the sweetest person you know who is also smart and talented and that is her! It pains me to see someone go on yelp and say negative things about a person that is just not true! If you want beautiful cut, color, and style using chemical-free products and wonderful casual conversation - Stephanie is your girl! And the manager Carolyn is so bright and helpful and a wonderful person to greet everyone who comes in and checks out! I love Tula!
