  • I purchased a Groupon because a friend said she had received a good IPL from Sadie. I scheduled an appointment with Sadie even though the location was a 40 minute drive away. On the day of appt she called and asked if I could come early since she was sick. I said sure, but when I arrived I waited about 20 mins, only to hear Sadie had left for the day. Someone else performed the treatment. It was the worst IPL I've ever had. There was no indication I'd had an IPL, except that she burned a few of my eyebrow hairs. A few days later I called Sadie who told me to schedule an appt and she would redo. So, I drive 40 mins again, but come to find out Sadie left sick again and the same girl that gave me the terrible IPL offered to do it again. I said no way and left, I was so mad. I'm not going back, such poor customer service. I wasted $90. DON'T GO HERE.
