  • The coffee is amazing. Holley puts a lot of effort in producing the perfect cup of coffee. Some of the reviewers have complained about the noisy unprofessional environment. This place is a lot of fun and once you have been in a few times they will get to know your name and how you like your coffee, now that's professional. As far as the noise it comes from people laughing and having a good time, if you want quiet I suggest you drive thru Starbucks and go drink it at a morgue, the patrons there won't talk much. If you want a lively fun place where you can make new friends then Holley's is the place. As far as clean, the staff is constantly cleaning but like any resturant you can walk in and find tables that haven't been cleaned yet.
