  • Came in to take a photo for passport. Some half homeless looking woman (I assumed she worked there) told me to take my earrings off. I politely asked if it would be OK to have smaller earrings and she told me "no". I told her I saw others wearing small earrings on passport photo. And she said: "it's just a picture!" Duh! It's my picture on my passport and I am not used to looking sloppy like she did (it was hard to say that she even was an employee).
