  • I came to this location yesterday in search of some items and had a terrible experience with an associate named Linda. She was unhelpful and rude and made my shopping experience unnecessarily stressful. She was even short with another associate who was also trying to help me ( very unprofessional and embarrassing). I called and complained about my situation to the Assistant Manager Andrew and he was very apologetic and kind towards me and my concerns. I will continue to shop here and steer clear out of linda's way from now on. I really appreciate how Andrew handled my situation. On a lighter note: This store is basically new and absolutely beautiful. All items I have shopped for are well stocked and the lines are always short!!! 5 stars for customer service (from Andrew and Kristen), cleanliness, and product availability.
