  • I've never had a bad experience and I've been coming here for over a year. What makes this spot different is the owner. Last time I was in, I was sitting next to a young 20-something who was unhappy that the color of her polish didn't match the picture she presented when the manicure was over. She kept asking the tech to make changes. Julie, the owner, overheard her complaints and said that she would go out that evening and purchase the right color polish for her and the girl could come back for a free manicure the very next day. Great customer service by the owner is what will keep me coming in.
