  • Mike Claus is an angel that was sent in my time of need to help with a two year old unit that failed and the LV company that sold it to me, with all kinds of promises, was out of business. My husband is home with Nathan Adelson hospice care and the air condition unit was not cooling and the LV weather was getting hot. I called two other companies which gave me astronomical estimates for the repair. They needed to locate the leak and wanted a lot of money to do so. Mike sent Cesar to my house who is thoroughly a professional and extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning units. He was able to solve my problem within two days at an extremely nominal price. Your company and your team are professionals, but most of all they are people providing a wonderful service for a very fair price.
