  • Don't bother! I called them for an inspection of the roof of a house I just bought. This was not an inspection as a part of a contingency on the contract. They charged me $150 for the inspection. However, their website CLEARLY states FREE INSPECTIONS and ESTIMATES. No qualifying conditions or anything. When I called them on, they basically called me a liar and fed me the sorry of "Oh, we're in the process of changing that". Classic bait and switch.
