  • 4 months ago I requested an appointment online. I immediately received an email response that told me my request has been received and I would be contacted shortly to confirm my appointment. After 5 days I never heard back. I called the salon and I was told by the receptionist they never received my appointment request. But she was able to schedule an appointment with me while I was on the phone. This week I again booked an appointment online and received an email that said my request had been received and someone would contact me. I waited two days and never heard back. Again I called the salon and I was told they never received my request. I explained to the person on the phone this is the second time this has happened to me maybe something is wrong with the online bookings. She told me nobody else has this problem it must just be me. Really? Twice in four months? But I asked if she could make an appointment over the phone and she told me they are booked two weeks out. Looks like I will be finding a new place.
