Well the reviews of poor customer service remain. So the name change most likely did not improve service. Had an appointment for a prepaid preventative maintenance for Specifically water heater flush. The technician was a now show for a scheduled 10am to 12pm appointment & no call. When I called the vendors office a rude female answered and after being advised the technician was a no show, she accessed my Account and confirmed active account and commented "so you want to reschedule.. I paused and made the wise decision to sever business ties with Green Star. Would like a refund on my contract that ends in December 2016.
