Deagan is doing it really well here. The menu is not as limited as I had heard and for doing only charcuterie, salad, small plates, and pizza, there is quite a lot to choose from. My wife and I ordered 2 small salads, arugula and Caesar. I preferred her arugula but both were good.
We then had the tuna puttanesca and it was definitely enough for us to share. It was nice and rare and not cut and done the way most restaurants do it.
Next was the artichoke stuffed with goat cheese with a nice little prosciutto wrap on the end. Be sure to eat that part too. We both agreed it's probably one of the best artichoke appetizers we've ever had.
We finished with a mushroom pizza with taleggio cheese. Not as thin crusted as I expected but it didn't matter because it tasted great.
This was our first, long over due, visit to Humble Wine Bar, but we will be back here very, very soon.
