I chose to go with the wild car feature that would pretty much choose a car available at the time . When I arrived they said I would get a versa then said it wasn't available so I would have to pay 40$ extra to upgrade to a full size vehicle. I then pay the money because I was in need of a vehicle for my trip. The sales guy proceeds to tell me to go pick a car in lane 5 failing to tell me that keys were in the vehicles. i then go to the vehicles which were all full of bugs on the outside and just all trashed on the inside so I figured that They would wash it before I left which was already making me late. I then told them the vehicle was dirty and needed a wash because it was full of hair on the inside. I then go to lane 9 as directed and the car wash people give me an attitude and run the car under water and turned the windshield wipers on to clean the window that was full of bugs and didn't even vacuum out the hair. they give me the car all wet and as I'm leaving I'm trying to fill out the damages on the vehicle and start walking in to ask for a pen and the car wash guy says what do u want ? What's wrong now . Just really unprofessional and although I did get a vehicle at what seems a decent price ended up paying more and leaving later than expected for my trip which cut time . I entered the vehicle and noticed my rear view mirror was broken which is a complete hazard. I returned that car a day earlier and was still charged full price . Never again . Rather pay more for a better place that actually takes care of their vehicles and customers . Bad experience
