Ugh, I hate giving bad reviews but I just need to for my conscious. I really wanted to like her work because she seems nice the room was clean and it is nearby where I live plus her prices are extremely affordable. But like many other things, you get what you pay for. From far away my lashes looked full and beautiful but close-up they were extremely clumpy. She use so much glue you could see it if you look closely. And that's just how it looked, imagine how they felt. It hurt to close my eyes, it hurt to touch my lashes, and when they started falling out which was about a couple of days later, they fell out in chunks. I have been getting my lashes done for the past five years and have had lots of experience with different artists, you should never feel pain when she's closing her eyes because if you do the artist use too much glue or put it too close to your lash line. It damages your lashes and it just doesn't have to be that way. I was trying to save us time and money by going to her but when I ended up doing is going to Cherry Lash to have my lashes removed and replaced which cost much more time and money. When it comes to Lashes and using glue so close to the eye, i'm just going to pay more for better quality. I hope Hanna reads this and doesn't take it personally but instead gets mentored by someone who has been doing lashes a long time to learn how to apply them without using so much glue and without having people in pain afterwards.
