Sent their truck out to an event I attended with my kids. The yogurt was okay, but the guy working the truck lacked some pretty basic customer service skills. About 5 minutes after getting our yogurt it occurred to me to get napkins. Getting back to the truck and asking for some, my wife was met with a blank face and confusion. She informed him that I had recently bought some yogurt and the response was, "Oh, I didn't recognize you."
Pro tip: In customer service, if someone, anyone, asks for napkins, give lots, no questions asked. Immediately. They are much cheaper than poor publicity.
