| - HORRIBLE experience. First car was dented up and filthy on the inside, found Cheetos, room key and dirty Q-tips under the seat. None of the charger ports in the vehicle worked, either.
Took it back on day two when it got stuck in first gear. I requested to speak with manager who was unavailable and was told he would call me, but after two weeks, and multiple calls on my end, he never called me.
Onto car 2, during inspection of all the dings, we noted the windshield rubber seal was not in place. BACK to the counter, "oh yeah, that's the one that got broken into, let me find another."
Onto car 3. By this point we've come to terms that all their cars are high mileage (all three if these were 30K+) and banged up and they don't detail. We took car three just to be on our way, despite being dirty in the inside, too.
While we've had this vehicle, three times it has locked us in and not allowed us to turn it off and get out because of some accessory malfunction. Not sure what this was, as only one charger worked and it wasn't in use.
