  • Great service from Kelly and the whole team Everything was explained clearly with frequent communication and updates. We selected Kelly for a local broker - we really wanted a person to talk to when we needed pre-approval documents, communication to/from agents, and quick turnaround on anything during the negotiation and purchase process. So glad we did! Never on hold, never waiting for a call back, or feeling like emails sent out to "space" and hoping for a response. It's great to work with a real person who puts the client first.
