  • Missy was great, we are going back to her next time. Her manager was also reasonable and good to work with . This is a month or two later, and we are going back for another car for my daughter. The guy in the finance department, Saad Al-Hashimi, just pissed me off. I will avoid him at all costs next time. He marred an otherwise great experience at the dealership. We'll need a different finance guy if we purchase again. Had it not been for my interaction with Saad, this would have been five stars.
