  • Overcharged. The guy left my house 1:50 mins into a service call. Talked and smoked with his co worker outside. Took 5 mins to load his truck and 5 mins to write up the bill. Charged me for 2:30. You do the math. They didn't have the equipment they needed on this truck but on another truck so I was told they couldn't guarantee their work. Ummm. $286 later to partially unclog my drain. I brought up my concerns and he denied them. I'll take my business elsewhere.
