There's nothing but good things I had to say about the previous Gallo Blanco, and the same goes for the new one!
The staff, the food, art, music, and drinks were all perfect. For being the opening night, we were seated fairly quickly and the wait staff was on top of everything.
We started with the famous guacamole that I've missed so much. Chips were warm and there was even a really good salsa on the side of the guacamole. Pacifico and Negra Modelo on tap, what more can you ask for?
Got the half pollo and the tortillas were delicious! Also had an al pastor taco and a campechana (mixture of meats).
It's a great location with great music. It was a good vibe to see everyone enjoying their food and signing along to the music. Can't wait to go back!
