If I could give less I would. Called them on the phone & said I've been in pain since yesterday with tweaked back. The girl asked what kind of insurance and told them Medicare. She said ok and scheduled the appointment. When we got there the girl tells us that she can't treat people who are on Medicare and are currently in pain. What!?? Why would you make us drive all the way down here then if you can't help us? The girl
sa "I'm not allowed to say that on the phone" BULL. Waste of time and no help! If you decide to try it - be sure to ask LOTS of questions before you even show up. Apparently they have "corporate" policies and taking care of patients is not one of them.
The whole point - which is missed in the company response below - is that a lot of time and aggravation could have been avoided by the girl on the phone asking more questions and being transparent about not being able to treat Medicare recipients.
