  • Was really looking forward to my stay here, however, I dont care how modern and new a hotel is. If I find dark stains on the sheets and on the towels thats it for me. Totally disgusting. What really amazes me is that after sending a complaint with pictures about the "clean"sheets and towels they "refreshed" the room, and decided to give me some extra HHonor points. Never did I hear "we will take all possible measures so this does NOT happen again". I travel to CLE for work every other month, and I am telling you, you are better off at the Marriott up the street...
