| - I took my RX350 in for a minor service, and this was my first visit to this dealership. I was met promptly and politely almost as soon as I arrived. Bret was my service advisor. I'll be the first one to tell you that Bret is not the friendliest Lexus employee I've ever met. He was, though, very professional.
I loved the customer lounge, at lease compared with my previous dealership, Lexus of El Cajon. There was a nice selection of sodas, snacks, and coffee. I was also pleased to use the "quiet lounge" which is a great room to just read of work on my laptop.
In the end, the service was performed, the car was washed, and I was refreshed and ready to hit the road. So far, at least, I'm happy to take my car to Lexus of Chandler.
Update as of June 19, 2015 --
Bret seems to be gone now, and that's OK. Most recently, I took my car in for service and Misty was my Service Consultant. This is the second time that Misty has served as my link to the service department and I really have to say that she has become a favorite. She has proven to be efficient, yet friendly, effective, yet courteous. Plus, her upbeat demeanor makes a visit to the service department quiet an enjoyable experience. This is no small feat.
When you bring your Lexus in for service at Lexus of Chandler, you might ask for Misty. If you do, you'll get the best service possible.
