  • DOGGY A NONO. My dog had a benign cyst on his back for many years. This groomer took it upon herself to "squeeze 15 papertowels worth of fluid" out of the cyst causing my dog to have an infection and pain. When I called them they said they would have someone get back to me. They have not called me back or showed any concern for what they did to my dog. Meanwhile because of their negligence, I'm stuck with the vet bills and a hurt dog. It has been several months since this happened and the sore still has not healed. My dog will never be the same.
