  • I am a Type A, prefer particular things kind of person. With that being said, I had to put 4 new tires on my BMW 330i. After calling numerous shops to get quotes, I happened to find Az Tire Shop. I spoke with Dennis, who listened to my needs/concerns. He politely responded with, let me call a few of my distributors and I will give you a call back with several options. He wasn't pushy, rude, or super salesy. He, as promised,called me back in 15 minutes and provided me with several options. I had other tire shops offer me the "best/cheapest" deal. What stood out in my conversation with Dennis was he listened, provided options, and allowed me to make an informed decision. I decided to purchase a full set of tires from him due to his professional approach and genuine appreciation for my business. He also sold me a "spare" for my BMW (they do not come with) for an extremely reasonable price. DO NOT HESITATE TO CHOOSE AZ TIRE SHOP!
