  • More like a 4.5/5... I came here after my sister received a gift certificate and decided to treat my mom and me to facials. My face, red, ruddy, and irritated from chlorine and rosacea was in desperate need of a facial. I was introduced to Shadi, who was going to give me my 45 minute facial. I said I wanted to calm my skin down and to do extractions. I specifically mentioned I didn't expect her to work miracles. Well 45 minutes later, my skin is a normal colour and not irritated? and glowing? As I said, I didn't expect her to work miracles but alas, she did. It was nice because she didn't try to force any products on me either. She told me to stick with my usual routine and add sunscreen. My mom and sister enjoyed their facials and manis. Anyway, we all left the spa with our faces practically glowing and looking fabulous. All the staff is really nice and the pool and sauna area is quite beautiful.
