  • I have been reading the reviews on AAM and am not surprised. We have lived at an AAM managed community for a year and have been shocked. Rude, authoritative, lacking in customer service. As I saw earlier, I would give them a zero star if one existed. We are working to have them removed as our company of record. It is heartening to see others show that they lie. In my world when you lie you get fired. There is a serious lack of integrity with the management group and the manager we have. I never get why HOA managers think we as homeowners work for them? It is the opposite. As a small aside, we actually received an email telling us not to talk to our resident manager, that email was better for them. Why does she have an office that we pay for? Sheesh.
