Just joined. Never done Crossfit before, but was admittedly intimidated by it. I did the two initial 1:1 coaching sessions and then signed up for a year. It's a great environment with plenty of resources for support. I've worked out for years, but my technique is off. I'm two says in and already have a different perspective on how to work out. It's a really friendly group, so in all seriousness, if you are nice and cool, please sign up. It's very beginner friendly for people with at least a slightly below average level of physical fitness.
