  • Thank you for the reply. I will try to go there later and purchase the membership. Wanted to try it out since it is close to my house, I talked with the customer service person, he showed me different options for my family, and give me the 5 day pass. I took my son with me on Saturday night, tried few work out for about 1 hour. On Sunday, I took my daughter and my son with me, the front desk said the pass only works for me. The young adult can not get in, they have to have their own passes, therefore we did not get in, and have to reschedule for other time, wasted one Sunday night, not very happy with it. I respect the facility's policies, but expected better communications for potential members. I will ask my kids to apply for their own 5 day passes according to the front desk before we really purchase the member ship, hopefully they won't say then that they already used the 5 day pass, and it expired. after
