  • I really don't understand these terrible reviews. I've had a couple of disappointments with Centurylink...but they've always fixed them right away. They've pulled through for me every time and right away. Their customer service has been polite and efficient. Installation was quick and professional. Billing has not been a problem for me and the internet is unbelievable! It's lightening fast!!! No problems here for me at all. I've got nothing bad to say about them.
