We came in on a thursday night, and waited for about 15 minutes, because they were quite packed. It was kind of a small place that sits maybe 50 people at most. We ordered quite a bit of appetizers to start off...
1) Mussels Galo: Very plumped and great with the wine sauce. Definitely different from other places.
2) Crab Cake- It was one hockey size cake, because its filled with blue crab meat, they only give one, compared to two or three in most restaurants.
3) Fresh sea urchin with dried lotus roots which was on their special apps that day...pretty good too $10 for 3 pieces!
4) Smoked salmon with capers and arugula salad...pretty good as well.
5) A dozen fanny bay oysters!!! Fresh as it can be...
Main meals ordered: 1) Seafood mixed grill-$31 (Scallops-good size, Shrimps-good size, 5oz salmon, and potato william (croquette style). This dish was quite worth it, you get 3 scallops/shrimps with good size fish.
2) Tuna Nicoise- Pretty good size as well. Good deal for $24 a plate.
3) Sea Breem- fish dish for $23 good deal...but watch out for bones...quite a bit.
The mussels were pretty good, I ordered another one since the apps range from $10 and a bit more...
The server were quite knowledgeable and were able to recommend well which is great...then again... they all will usually say this is great... haha
The bill racked up to about $200+...Will come again in future as they are expecting new menu items to be added...
