  • I went in for a manicure and pedicure on 5 days ago. First of all, I do like the owner who does a grest job on nails. However, my complaint is with the worker Jaime who did my nails. My pedicure was fine, but the manicure was incredibly painful. She made 7 of my fingers bleed from roughly buffing off my cuticle. I even pulled my hand away but she kept going. She didn't say anything about the fact that my nails were bleeding. Cleaning them off was also painful since I now had open cuts. The actual gel polish looks good, but instead of looking like I have a fresh manicure, my fingers have scabs! The next morning I woke up with throbbing fingers, pain while washing hands, and I could barely wash my hair. I like the owner, but I would never have my nails done by Jaime again.
