  • I'm paying 2k a mo. (not including all utilities) to live in a non upgraded mediocre condo. The kitchen is absolutely hideous, from the lighting to the counter tops I couldn't be any more unhappier when I walk around my home I think ugh I can't believe I pay this much to live here. I COULD b living in a high rise LUXURY condo on the strip for WAY less WITH an actual GUARD securing the front gate 24/7. BTW our front Gate NEVER works!!! (The Gate that BY THE WAY BROKE AND scratched all down THE SIDE of my BRAND new Mercedes Benz that I STILL haven't received a phone call BACK about who??? is going to reimburse me for the damages to it) for the amount I Pay to live here and the amount of people who have complained about it, I'm utterly shocked they haven't put up the cash for a BRAND NEW one instead of continuously fixing the POS one they have by now. Mostly Every complaint or request I've EVER had goes unanswered in this community. I called about the incident with my car was told someone would call me back, nothing... I left a detailed voicemail about a list of things needing fixing in my unit no one ever called to set up maintenance. The amount of maintenance workers they have on staff is a complete JOKE they barely have a few guys available and sometimes I have to wait days to get them to come do something when they do come, they don't have specific scheduled appointments, they just get to you whenever they have time which means I have to sit at home and wait all day and cross my fingers they will show up. A few times they were too busy and didn't get to show up so I sat at home for two days before they came plus I had to call to see if they remembered me. They do offer to come in if you allow them to but I don't let anyone in my home without me there So this is not an option for me. And GOOD LUCK trying to get a human being on the line!!! If they talk to you and u try to call back they will purposely NOT answer the phone and send you to a automated system if they don't want to deal with your issue at hand or if they simply can't. The times they do reach out they make it seem like they are on top of it then (poof gone) the only true way to get things handled is to go down there yourself, u have 2 continually stay ontop of anything u want done call them repetitively to remind or get them to finish things, if you have the time to do that good for you. I find it unprofessional and dissatisfying to have to do others jobs for them I usually let things slide n never get them done or fix them myself. I also, like another reviewers post I saw had an issue with debris falling from the ceiling of my garage onto the roof of my car over 9months ago I was told someone was going to come fix it they poked a few holes with a drill in it n no one ever came back. my garage door opener is ALWAYS malfunctioning been that way since I moved n 3yrs ago probably bc the ceiling was wet from whatever leak caused it to eventually cave. They changed the water filters recently on shower head now my water goes from scorching hot 2cold at any moment when I'm showering burning my skin the sink faucet barely trickles out w zero water pressure 2 rinse toothpaste off The sink in the kitchen has a leak that I have pointed out different times no new sink tho. The only compliment I really have is that the people who do work in the front office and the maintenance workers are always nice. The front office is pretty and also all the neighbors with upgraded units have nice units but mine is not one of those units and when you pay just as much if not more than other people with luxury upgrades it makes you bitter after so many years of not living somewhere as nice as other people. It's all the little things that add up that make it annoying living here. I can not WAIT to MOVE!! living here has a least fully prepared me for homeownership in the aspect that I will basically have to handle everything on my own just like I do living here.
