  • Benjamin with Sears duct cleaning was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spent time going over my options and helping me to understand how my dryer duct vents up and the angles in my home and how critters can nest there. I now know when I get an exterminator out to add a screen but not right to the vent but around the vent or it will give my vent less ability to vent thus requiring me to have my vent cleaned more often. I appreciate his patients and clarity. Customer service is one thing Benjamin cares about. He also did our job in a very short snout of time. Absolutely a 5 star service provider.
