  • I love carpet sharks. They didn't even have to come for and estimate and was able to give me one price that included all the carpet I need to clean including the stairways. I've hired other companies that have nickel and dime me for every step and every stain and didn't even do a good job. But carpet sharks did and will. Here's me story. They came, cleaned the carpet. Later on, I found out there's a weird smell in one of my rooms, I'm thinking someone must have peed on the carpet there was a dark spot on the carpet. So then I called carpet sharks to ask them to clean that one spot. They said no problem, they would come again. When carpet sharks came back, Jay was very nice and pleasant. He said the stain I see on the carpet is not pee stain. He went down on his knee and sniffed the carpet and he said it smells like deodorizer. I in disbelief got down and sniffed the carpet myself, and yes it didn't smell like pee. But where did the smell come from? Anyways, he went on and deodorize the room again. Thanks carpet sharks Paul and Jay for the excellent service and I love how you guys are so quick and fast. I will definitely rehire you guys whenever I need carpet cleaning!!!
