  • I bought a parking permit from this company 3 years ago when I was a freshman at ASU. They told me the parking pass was good for 4 years. One day I parked there and got a sticker saying I was not authorized to park there. I go to the office and ask them why because I had already paid for my parking permit there and I still had a year left before my permit expires. They told me managment changed a year and a half ago so they cannot honor my permit even though my license plate number and permit number were both recorded by the old managment. My job is not to babysit these people and see what information gets transferred. They should keep all records when switching managment. I am now stuck with no place o park. I tried to explain my situation to the manager and she didn't even try to hear me and simply told me "no". I am highly unsatisfied. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
