rev:text	I must preface this review by saying that I have never seen the inside of Faces, but based on my treatment in line I will never be darkening their doorstep ever again. For New Years eve I purchased a VIP package for 10 of my friends for a booth at Faces. I sent my credit card information in and received a confirmation email saying, yes you have a booth and see you on Saturday night. Great! We are excited to dance and have a few drinks. We get to the club at 10:45 and are directed to a line of 100-150 people all waiting for bottle service. Where is our promised line by-pass? This line is not moving, and yet the line on the opposite side full of people who have purchased single tickets is being processed quickly. After waiting we eventually get to the front of the line where we are told that our name is not on the list. While we are figuring all this out the promoters and bouncers are trying to do 5 things at once,letting groups of people in before us and before all the other people who paid for bottle service and are waiting patiently behind us. We show our confirmation email to the same man who emailed us back and he says, 'yes, I remember booking you'. He says he is going to check something in his office. He comes back out, tells us that because we did not confirm his confirmation email we do not have a booking. And then swears at us and gets the bouncers to get us out of line. Never have I seen such a poor operation. No one knew what they were doing. I feel terribly for all of the people waiting in line behind us and only hope that they did not experience what we did. So thanks Faces, for wrecking my New Years and that of my friends. I will never be back.
