  • As a first time home buyer my wife and I weren't sure what to do first. Talk to a realtor, get a pre approval the list goes on. Anyhow with Jonathan jacobs, what we liked is he was quick and efficent. Withing a few minutes of talking to him he had 12 houses that met our criteria and we walked them the next day. We walked three and put a offer on one and the rest is history. In all it was around a 2 month process and I'm glad I was refereed to him. Now we our moving from our apartment to our first home. If you want a straight to the point realtor who will give you great advice and make you feel like a customer and not a problem he's your guy.
